Played in the cold and wind and rain today. Pine Needles again, but the after round comraderie was well worth it

Another warm day on the links. Alan took 5 holes, George 3, Chuck 1 and Mike 0! Scores not as low, so off to the Carolina for lunch and then Pinehurst #2 to sit on the veranda and have some drafts!

Day 1, Longleaf Country Club

This was a great day, weather was 75 degrees and sunny. We arrived at about 10:30pm and had time to rest prior to tee off. Stretching was the norm, and no drinking occurred, amazingly.

George started off hot with 2 birdies on the front and one on the back. Alan had one on 9 and Chuck and Mike were shut-out.

Tomorrow is The Pit, more pictures and fun to follow. We are all way to tired to be witty at the moment. OH, BTW we ate at Dugans Pub tonight, great food and 3 pitchers of Yuengling, all in all a great day!
